DVD Duplication is a process by which your DVD-R master is transferred to another DVD-R, the same process in which you burn a DVD-R from your computer. However, instead of burning one unit at a time we use high volume DVD duplication towers to create identical copies of your DVD-R master. Instead of silk screen printing, we offer black thermal text or full colour thermal printing, printed directly on to the disc. The duplication process is much quicker than replication. When speed is a necessity we provide a top quality product with a super fast turn around.

TOP QUALITY DVD REPLICATION SERVICE
DVD replication is the physical manufacturing of your DVDs from scratch raw materials. We transfer your DVD master content on to a super smooth glass master by burning "etching" the data into it with a laser. This allows us to produce a metal stamper that is used in the replication process. We then use replication equipment to "press" your DVD content into molten polycarbonate plastic, producing plastic rings with your DVD coding. The discs are then topped with a thin layer of a a aluminium and a lacquer coating. From there we can send them to the silk screen department in spindles to apply your artwork.
Our top quality DVD Replication service has a normal turnaround of 7 - 10 days.
